Prueba de Uso is an online service for creating, storing and digitally sealing records of trademark use supplied through your account.

The service does not replace professional legal advice or file trademark applications with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI).

Before payment, checkout shows the selected service, billing interval, amount and currency.

The amount is charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prueba de Uso does not convert it into another currency.

A recurring plan renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel it.

Each renewal is charged in the currency shown for your plan.

You can cancel a recurring plan from your account at /mi-suscripcion.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

We offer consumers a 14-day withdrawal period from the date the contract is concluded. You do not need to give a reason. This contractual offer does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to privacidad@pruebadeuso.com or use the contact form at pruebadeuso.com/contacto. You may use the form below. Send your notice before the 14-day period ends.

At checkout, you can expressly request that the service start immediately, before the withdrawal period ends. You will also be asked to acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends after the service has been fully performed, when the applicable conditions are met.

If you withdraw after requesting an early start but before full performance, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you notify us.

We return payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. Where applicable, we deduct the proportionate amount for service already supplied.
